With the robot lawn mower you can, for example, mow on slopes and mulch at the same time . The grass is shredded so that it can be used directly as fertilizer for the lawn. Thanks to the reliable driving behavior of the iMOW® 5 EVO robotic lawnmower, lawns of up to 1,500 m² and terrain gradients of up to 45% can be efficiently managed. The optional upgrade kit even allows your iMOW® to work on gradients of up to 60% .
The ultrasonic sensors and a controlled speed make it possible to approach obstacles gently , so that the lawn is mowed close to the object and the STIHL iMOW® 5 EVO automatically changes direction upon contact. Intelligent turning maneuvers enable mowing in narrow spaces . Inclination sensors are used to adjust the speed on uneven terrain .

Outside the home area, you can also use the mobile phone module to detect theft using an alarm and determine the location of your self-propelled lawnmower. You can also use the app to individually adjust the cutting height to different levels . In the mowing plan , you define time windows for weekly plans in which your iMOW® 5 EVO from STIHL is active independently. If necessary, you can also start your robot lawn mower manually. Using the rain sensor , you can individually set whether you want to mow or pause in wet weather. The docking station serves as a base for the robotic lawnmower and for charging.
